We have spent a lot of hours out there scouting locations across the Indianapolis area and we are genuinely picky about where we bring our clients.

Because here's the thing: a beautiful location on paper can look completely different depending on the week, the light, the season, or how many other dogs are likely to be wandering through. So when we recommend a spot for your session, it's not a guess. It's based on everything we know about you, your dog and our experience as dog photographers. Some of the things we consider include:

• The time of year (down to the week, in most cases)

• Your preferred time of day

• Your pet's comfort level around other people and animals

• The safety of the location: busy streets, unpredictable terrain, off-leash dogs nearby

• Accessibility: parking, restrooms, and trails that work for you

Our goal is a session location that's not just gorgeous, but calm and safe. The kind of place where your pet can actually relax and just be themselves.

Because we are not the type to leave things to chance, we personally scout your location the week of your session to make sure the landscape looks exactly the way we expect it to. You will receive your final location details, including exactly where to meet inside the park, ~5 days before your session date.
